Claims the Manor of Watton Hall, in Watton, with all the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
Also the parsonage or impropriate rectory of Watton, and all glebe lands, tithes, and appurtenances, to the said parsonage or rectory belonging.
Also perpetual advowson, right of parsonage and presentation, of, in, and to the vicarage or parish church of Watton, and the vicarage-house.
Also the market-house, or cross, in the market-place of Watton, with the ground and soil whereon the same now stands.
Also the bailiwick, fairs, and markets of Watton, and the right of pickage and stallage in the said market- place, and all rights thereto belonging.
Also a messuage, outbuildings, and farm, in Watton, called the Wick Farm, containing 269 acres, or thereabouts, in the occupation of John Thompson, with the sole right of sleepwalk, and feed for sheep, over and upon the common fields, half year or shacklands in Watton, and over the commons in the said parish as lie against the bounds of Merton, Threxton, and Saham Toney, to Tancred-stile, at all times in the year.
Also several inclosures and pieces of land, in Watton and Carbrooke, containing together 29 acres, or thereabouts, called the Green Farm, in the occupation of William Lincoln and right of feeding sheep on the commons of Watton.
Also several inclosures or pieces of arable and meadow land, in Watton, containing together 20 acres, (more or less), in the occupation of Thomas Fowell.
Also a piece or parcel of land, now used as an osier ground, in Watton, containing by estimation 1 acre, in the occupation of Mrs Barker.
A messuage, with the outbuildings, yards, gardens, and inclosure of pasture land thereto belonging, in Watton, containing together, by estimation, 3 acres, (more or less) in the several occupations of Edward Harvey Grigson and Robert Bartlett.
Also two several inclosures of pasture land , in Watton containing together about 6 acres, in the occupation of John Brame.
Also an inclosure of pasture land, in Watton, containing about 2A.1R. in the occupation of Reverend Fairfax Franklin.
Also an inclosure of pasture, in Watton, containing about 4A.1R. in the occupation of Robert Buxton.
Also an inclosure of pasture, in Watton, containing about 2A.2R. in the occupation of Smith Hastings.
Also two messuages and outbuildings, yards, garden, and two inclosures of pasture land, in Watton, containing together 4A.3R. (more or less) in the occupation of the said Elizabeth Barker.
Also a messuage, now divided into two dwellings, and yard thereto belonging, in Watton, and now in the occupation of Daniel George and —- Matthews.
Also a messuage, in Watton, in the occupation of Stephen Nurse.
Also a messuage, butchers shop or stall, yards, and several inclosures of arable and pasture land, in Watton, containing together 12 acres (more or less) in the occupation of William Barnard.
Also a messuage, yard and garden, in Watton, lin the occupation of Ann Prettyman and Philip Ward.
Also a messuage, yard and garden, in Watton, containing about 2R. In the occupation of Alexander Kennedy.
Also three several messuages, yard and garden, in Watton, in the several occupations of Robert Chilvers, Thomas Crane and John Reynolds.
Also a messuage, yard and garden, in Watton, in the occupation of John Irwin and William Hudson.
Also a messuage, in Watton, in the occupation of Widow Chapman.
Also a cottage, now down, but late in the occupation of Frederick Jarvis in Watton.
Also the pound and ground thereof, in Watton.

Also one messuage, in the occupation of the widow Browne, in Watton.
Also 1A.3R. of land, more or less, belonging to the above several cottages.
All the said lands are whole-year lands and Freehold.
He also claims as trustee as aforesaid, to be entitled in respect of the said manors of Watton-hall, in Watton, to the sole and exclusive right in and to the soil of all the said fens, commons and waste lands in Watton.
Also claims for and in respect of all the several messuages, cottages, and all and singular the lands thereto respectively belonging in Watton aforesaid, to be entitled each to a distinct right of common pasture for great and all other commonable cattle, levant and couchant thereon respectively (except for sheep claimed for as above) in, to, over and upon all the said fens, commons, and waste lands within the said parish of Watton, and for and in respect of such parts of the aforesaid premies as are in the said parish of Carbrooke, over the said fens, commons and waste lands in Carbrooke, at all times in the year.
Also claims all timber, trees, pollards, and thorns, upon the commons and waste lands within the said parish of Watton.
Also claims in respect of each and every of the aforesaid messages and cottages to be entitled to a right of digging and taking flags, turves and furzes, for necessary fuel, to be burnt and consumed within such respective messages and cottages, upon the said fens, commons and waste lands in Watton, answer also of digging and taking clay and sand therefrom, for the reparation of the aforesaid messages and buildings.
Also claims all other rights and privileges to the said premises respectively belonging.
